Clear delivery information for your fragrance order.
Where we ship
We ship eligible online orders to street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Shipping cost
Standard ground shipping is $8.95 per order. The shipping charge and any applicable sales tax are displayed at checkout before you place your order. There are no additional handling fees.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Ground transit normally takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order to delivery is 4 to 9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier disruption and peak periods can affect delivery.
Fragrance shipping
Alcohol-based fragrances travel by an eligible ground service and are packaged according to the carrier’s requirements. Air and expedited options are not offered for these orders.
Tracking and delivery problems
When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Contact us if you need help with tracking, an incorrect address, a missing parcel or a delivery that arrives damaged.
Please keep the outer packaging and product if there is damage. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. Carrier investigations do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Delays and cancellations
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will tell you and refund the unavailable item.
