Can you help me find a specific perfume?
Yes. Send us the exact fragrance name, concentration and size. We will check availability and reply. A request is not an order or a promise that an item can be sourced.
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping is $8.95 per order to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. The complete total is shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by 3 to 7 business days in ground transit. The estimated total is 4 to 9 business days. See Shipping & delivery for the cutoff and exclusions.
Can I return a fragrance?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unopened, unused fragrance in its original sealed packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. See Returns & refunds for all conditions and refund timing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. International shipping and air delivery are not offered.
